You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us at marfaedition@gmail.com or instagram @marfa_edition and we will provide return instructions.

Return shipping cost within Ukraine and Europe is up to €20, depending on delivery company which covers both directions. For other countries, the cost depends on the chosen carrier.

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

We only accept returns if the item:

• is in new condition,

• has all original tags attached,

• is free from perfume, smoke, or any other odors,

• shows no signs of wear or damage.

Returns will not be accepted if:

• the item has been used or worn,

• tags or packaging are missing,

• the piece was custom-made or altered.

Exchanges

• If you need a different size and it is available, we are happy to offer an exchange. Shipping costs are covered by the customer.

• All return parcels must include a tracking number. We do not accept untracked returns.
