Shipping

Where do you ship from?

We ship orders from both Ukraine and France, depending on stock availability.

Where do you ship to?

We ship across Ukraine via Nova Poshta, and across Europe — free of charge.

For non-European countries, we offer free express DHL shipping on orders over €800.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can change or cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once shipped, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes up to 5 business days. If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 2 business days.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes, you can return or exchange items that haven’t been worn, still have tags and packaging, and are free of makeup stains or perfume scents.

Who covers return shipping?

Return shipping (both ways) is covered by the customer.

Yes! We can produce garments according to your individual measurements — our in-house production team handles it. Lead time is up to 4 weeks.
